Do you feel ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing?

Let's meet
The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
— Carl Jung

I’m Chris and I help people overcome meaninglessness, despair, anxiety and fear and feel more alive, balanced and connected.

I endeavour to offer therapy that is non-judgemental and accepting. Therapy that allows you to unpack your successes and failures, relationships and conflicts, and at the same time to discover for yourself who you are and what your purpose in life is.

My training is in Psychosynthesis, a psychological model developed by Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli. From this perspective, there is nothing ‘wrong’ with us and nothing in us that is deserving of being discarded. I aim to help you empower yourself and make choices that are aligned with your deepest self.

I believe that hidden within the depths of the suffering you may be experiencing is a seed containing the inspiration for a more authentic way of living in the world. One where you can live true to yourself and find meaning and purpose in life that aligns with who you truly are. I see my role as your therapist to help you provide the right conditions for this authentic self to grow.

I work with adults from different backgrounds and of varying ages. I am also a registered member of the BACP. This means that I adhere to their code of ethics and am in regular supervision.

Psychosynthesis is a method of psychological development and self realisation for those who refuse to remain the slave of their own inner phantasms or of external influences, who refuse to submit passively to the play of psychological forces which is going on within them, and who are determined to become the master of their own lives.
— Roberto Assagioli

What is therapy?

The world we live in is full of stimulation and distraction. It is only natural for us to lose connection with ourselves, who we are, what our values are, and what we truly want to do in the world.

Therapy offers a space where we can take a moment to stop, slow down and re-connect with ourselves. This may bring up fears, doubts, insecurities and traumatic events we’d rather not remember.

In this space we will work together, at your own pace, to unpack all the blocks and habitual patterns that stop you from being who you truly are.

You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending
— C. S. Lewis

Sessions

To me, therapy offers a sanctuary from the world. A space where you are free to explore for yourself what you are struggling with and who you are, without judgement.

If reaching out to me feels right, we can schedule in a free 15 minute call to find out whether I am the right person to help you on your journey.

Following that, we’ll arrange our first session, either in person or online.

Sessions for individuals usually last for 50 minutes. I offer either short, medium or open-ended therapy, depending on what is right for you.

My fees are £95, payable before the session.

I believe therapy should be accessible to all so I have limited concession spaces available for students and those on lower incomes. If this is the case, do get in touch and I will endeavour to agree a lower fee.

Where I work

I see clients both in Central London, close to Kings Cross, and in the heart of St Albans.

If you have any questions regarding accessibility or availability, do get in touch.
